In the same way, you can find out a mantra that could motivate you to remain positive and constantly remind you to not be anxious for any problem coming your way. Mantra’s like “This is temporary” would definitely work.

Avoid Alcohol

Apparently, many prefer consuming alcohol on a daily basis so that they can forget their sorrows but for how long would it work? Not more than few hours!  Instead, it would make you addict that would eventually ruin your entire life. Also, it is scientifically proven that the consumption of alcohol changes the level of serotonin and neurotansmitters in the brain which can make the anxiety symptoms worse.

Drink water

Drinking water is an ultimate solution to most of the physical, emotional and mental problems. Drinking insufficient of water can lead to dehydration which would further develop the feelings of panic attack growing anxiety. Drink 2-3 liters of water each day to fight against any such problems.
